Rock Band 4 PS4 users should get "lion's share" of missing Legacy DLC in early December
Rock Band 4 owners in Europe will have to wait until next month to grab missing legacy DLC off the PlayStation Store.
In a post over the EU PS Blog, Harmonix product manager Eric Pope noted there were 431 tracks users are experiencing issues with over on the EU PlayStation Store.
Pope said the team is "working through resolving everything," and that while progress has been made on the North American end of the store, due to "slightly different technical processes" it has been slow going on the European end.
He didn't go into deep detail in the matter, but the content submission process on the SCEE end has always contained more hoops to jump through than on the NA end. This is one of the main reasons DLC will be released much later in Europe than in other regions depending on what is being submitted. It's always been a sore subject with users, and for good reason.
Add in the fact there are 431 songs to go through and submit, and that is likely the main reason for the delay. Pope went on to day Sony has resolved "the lion's share" of marketplace issues in one bulk update and is targeting an "early December" release for the content update.
