If you placed a pre-order for Fallout 4's collector's edition with GAME - known as the Pip-Boy Edition - you may need to check your email inbox.

UK retailer GAME has been accepting pre-orders for The Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition since it was revealed in June. Because quantities are limited, the retailer asked everyone placing an order to deposit £20 in order to secure their copy.

It seems, however, not everyone is going to get a copy after all. A number of users woke up this morning to an email from the retailer advising them that it weren't able to charge the payment and thus cancelled their orders.

As spotted by @ColinCGallacher on Twitter, GAME's account is full of angry customers who've been affected. Some are even reporting that they weren't able to get hold of GAME's customer service on the phone, or have been put on hold for extended periods.

Many users note that their funds are in order and the retailer shouldn't have an issue charging them. It's worth noting this edition is exclusive to GAME in the UK and costs £100.

Fallout 4 releases November 10 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
