Batman: Arkham Knight users will get a refund from GMG if patch doesn't fix PC issues

Green Man Gaming will refund Batman: Arkham Knight customers if the technical issues on PC aren't resolved with the upcoming patch.

While there currently isn't a time table available for the patch from Rocksteady and Iron Galaxy, GMG said once it finally arrives, it stands at ready to refund its customers.

“Warner Bros are currently working on a patch which we are hoping will be released soon," the retailer said, via the PlayFire Blog. "We're talking to Warner Bros who are resolved to address these concerns.

"We want you to enjoy your game, but if after the fix has been released, you still cannot play your game, we will process refund requests for the game.”

As MCV notes, some customers have been able to claim a refund from Steam, but it's unknown is other vendors are offering the same service.

After stellar reviews on PS4, the PC version of the game has been lambasted on Steam by users.

Issues with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knightcame to light after release yesterday, and today, Rocksteady countered by suggesting even lower recommended in-game graphical settings in order for the game to run properly.

The minimum PC specs for the game were changed at the eleventh hour with a note to AMD card users they may experience issues.

We'll keep you updated on the progress of the patch.
