Guild Wars 2 public beta for new Stronghold PvP mode will run for 24 hours

ArenaNet has announced it will host a public beta for the new Stronghold PvP mode in the Guild Wars 2 expansion Heart of Thorns.
The beta will last 24 hours and is open to all current Guild Wars 2 players in North America and Europe.
During this time, Stronghold will be the only mode available to all players in Unranked Arena, while the game’s traditional Conquest PvP mode will still be available in Ranked Arena.
A Twitch stream of the beta will also be held and to help kick things off, Guild Wars 2 is also 75% off starting tomorrow through April 14.
