Xbox App updated to version 3.3 on Windows 10 with Game DVR, more

Microsoft has updated its Xbox App on Windows 10 with various new features such as new Connect to Xbox One button and feed improvements.
It can also be used in instead of SmartGlass, per Neowin, as functionality from the feature has been built-in to the App.
Support for OneGuide was added alongside Game DVR, Alerts, and Achievements
Those who are part of the tester can download the App through the Beta Store if it doesn't automatically update or the function is turned off.
