Mortal Kombat X dev confirms Johnny Cage and Kenshi ahead of official reveal
Mortal Kombat X will indeed have Johnny Cage and Kenshi as playable characters.
It looks like someone spoke about Johnny Cage and Kenshi a little bit earlier they they should've. Mortal Kombat X senior producer Adam Urbano spoke to Game Crate in a video interview and confirmed the addition of both fighters.
The video has since been removed, along with any backup fans managed to put on YouTube.
"You'll get to play as Johnny Cage, but we're also showing Cassie Cage, who is the daughter of Sonya and Johnny," he said. "You'll get a chance to see Kenshi and a chance to see a couple more."
Warner Bros. is actively taking down all videos by means of YouTube's copyright claim system, so it's safe to assume that Urbano spoke ahead of a planned announcement, which is surely coming up in the following weeks.
