Halo 2: Anniversary's Bloodline is a "best of" collection for Coagulation, Blood Gulch
Details and a few screenshots for Halo 2: Anniversary's remake of the Coagulation map, called Bloodline, has been detailed by Microsoft.
Included in the Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Halo: Combat Evolved’s Blood Gulch was remade for Halo 2 as Coagulation and as part of the new collection, Bloodline features a number of changes "to keep things fresh" according to the latest from Xbox Wire.
Microsoft describes Bloodline as a “best of” collection containing all "iterations" of Blood Gulch such as the addition of the UNSC Hornets from Halo 3 posted behind each base along with a "small bridge to the side" offering players new areas of cover.
It includes the addition of an EMP at each base and a midfield base with Banshee and Warthog has also been included - in addition to the original two bases.
Think of Bloodline as a "greatest hits collection" and you get the general idea.
If you head through the Xbox Wire link, there's work-in-progress B-roll footage showing the map. HaloFollower has also uploaded it to YouTube, which we have embedded below.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection arrives on Xbox One November 11.
