Final Fantasy 14's Heavensward expansion contains flying mounts, Dark Knight job
Final Fantasy 14's producer and director Naoki Yoshida, has announced information on what to expect with Heavensward, the first expansion for the MMO, when it launches in spring 2015.
Speaking during the London Fan Festival earlier today, Yoshida revealed that six flying mounts such as a black Chocobo, will be added to the game and a seventh flying mount is possibly, depending on the fans.
There will also be airships, both group and single from what we gather.
New beats tribes are also included: Vanu Vanu with the Bismarck as its primal and the Gnath with the Ravana as its primal.
The newest jon, the Dark Knight, will according to Siliconera be a tank and back around a two-handed Greatsword as its main weapon uses the power of Darkness. It will not require base classes, instead, players can dig into the Dark Knight from the start.
A new gunner class, which will be announced during the Tokyo Fan Festival in November, was also teased.
