Amazon Fire TV now available in the UK

Amazon has launched its mini-console, Fire TV in the UK.
The console was released in the US back in April. At the time, Amazon said that there were no launch plans outside the US.
This stance has changed as you can now buy the mini-console in the UK.
Fire TV is priced £79.00 and comes with some UK-specific apps like Sky News, STV Player and On Demand 5.
Fire TV is an Android-powered console that lets you stream films, TV shows and music through the various available apps. You can also use it to play most Android games on your TV. It even has an an exclusive title. Click the link for a look at all the announced games and features.
