Alien: Isolation concept art is a precursor of horrors and calamities
Most reviewers praised Alien: Isolation for many reasons, but the game's style was chief among them. Mainly for how it succeeded in matching the aesthetic of the original film. We've got some early concept art for the game to demonstrate why.
Concept artists at developer The Creative Assembly had access to concept material that was used in the original Alien film, which surely helped them recreate the film's aesthetic that well. The internal team at the studio along with artists Bjorn Hurri, Bradley Wright, Calum Watt and Stefano Tsai are all responsible for the work you see in the gallery below.
An art book is also available now.
