Free Forza Horizon 2 Launch Bonus Car Pack comes with eight cars
Forza Horizon 2 will be released soon, and today. Microsoft has announced the Forza Horizon 2 Launch Bonus Car Pack which comes with eight free cars. Along with the announcement is information on VIP membership and the Car Pass.
The launch pack contains a 1956 Ford F-100 and the 2015 Ford Mustang GT among other offerings.
The Launch Bonus Pack will include three "never-before-seen vehicles in the Forza franchise" such as the the 2003 Ford Focus RS, the 1997 Land Rover Defender 90, and the 1993 Clio Williams. The pack will be made available to all Forza Horizon 2 players at launch for free.

The Forza Horizon 2 VIP membership will be made available, and Forza Motorpsort 5 VIPs can get in on a discounted rate.
Each purchased add-on car can be added to the in-game garage one time for free without additional in-game credits needed.
The regular price is $19.99 and current Forza 5 VIP members will get 50% and only pay $9.99. VIP members will receive benefits such as the VIP Car Pack which comes with five cars such as the 2012 Lamborghini Urus, 2014 Tesla Model S, 1967 Ferrari 330 P4, 1949 Mercury Coupe, and the 2013 Donkervoort D8 GTO.
VIP memberships also include a 2x player in-game reward acceleration, "access to exclusive multiplayer events, in-game gifts from the Forza community team, and special in-game recognition." Current Forza Motorsport 5 VIPs receive a $10 discount on digital purchases of Forza Horizon 2 VIP membership or any Forza Horizon 2 digital offer that includes VIP membership.
The Forza Horizon 2 Car Pass, also announced today for $24.99, comes with access to six monthly five car pack add-ons beginning in October. It also comes with an exclusive bonus car, the 2010 Noble M600, for free.
