Kim Swift and Clint Hocking have joined Amazon Game Studios
Portal designer Kim Swift and Far Cry 2 designer Clint Hocking have joined the newly announced Amazon Game Studios as senior designers, according to a report on Kotaku. Swift worked most recently on the Ouya-exclusive Soul Fjord for Airtight games. Hocking has developed for various studios such as Ubisoft Montreal and LucasArts before going to work at Valve, which he left in December 2013. The first title announced out of the Amazon studio is the Fire TV-exclusive Sev Zero. Hocking confirmed the news on Twitter and both have now confirmed the new via their respective Linked-In profiles. Hocking started in February, and Swift joined this month.
