One Piece: Unlimited World Red storyline and new characters announced

One Piece: Unlimited World Red releases this year, and today, Bandai Namco has released information on the storyline and new characters which are being introduced.
The new characters are Pato and the Red Count.
Pato is a raccoon, who possesses shadowy power to create anything drawn onto a leaf while the Red Count is a "wicked pirate who had escaped the lower depths of Impel Down two years ago."
With Pato’s help, Luffy must fight to recover his crew from the enemy’s grasp and find out exactly what The Red Count’s evil plots are.

One Piece Unlimited: World Red is scheduled for PlayStation 3, PS Vita, Nintendo 3DS and Wii U in 2014.
