Godus PC Beta 2.0 trailer will drop next week, update expected in March

Godus developer 22 Cans will announce its 2.0 PC Beta update next week along with a trailer, VG247 has been reliably informed.
VG247 understands that the Godus Beta 2.0 will be announced for PC next week and that a new trailer is expected. The update appears to address several key technical issues with the title, which is still in ongoing development.
We have also been informed that the new update will drop some time in March.
It follows a long period of silence on all things Godus, and a general lack of updates on the PC version's development.
Last we heard; 22 Cans founder Peter Molyneux was touting the Godus monetisation model, a mechanic the creator claims "hasn't existed before."
