Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 video shows off vampiric abilities

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is out now in North America, and to celebrate, Konami has released a video showing off the vampiric abilities available to the central Dracula character.

During the course of the game, Dracula "grows in strength and his powers are returned," which in turn will allow players to ‘Possess’ an enemy, and force them to do your bidding through mind control.

Players can also transform into mist in order to avoid certain attacks, solve puzzles or move freely around the game. There's even "Demonic Wings" which can be used to access high places, and let's not forget the ability to morph into animal form or use bats to distract guards and enemies.

Lords of Shadow 2 releases on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in Europe on February 28.
