Syndicate sucessor heading to Kickstarter nextmonth - rumour

Syndicate could be heading toward some kind of spiritual revival on Kickstarter, according to a teaser video for a project called Satellite Reign posted by 5 Lives Studios.
According to RPS, the clip features Syndicate co-creator and Bullfrog developer Mike Diskett, hence the rumours surrounding a reboot or new game in the series. You can also see that the clip also talks about 1996, which is the same year Syndicate Wars released.
The Satellite Reign site features a countdown that will end in 36 days. We'll know more about the project when it expires.
