Half a million new players join TERA since free-to-play relaunch
Over half a million players have signed up for TERA: Rising since the MMO switched to a free-to-play model.
Gameforge opened six new servers to deal with the influx of players when the change was made. In total, over one million users have registered, creating 1.5 million characters in the process.
Interestingly, Gameforge has revealed the Castanic race as the most popular, with Humans and High Elves lagging just behind. Warrior selection is the most popular class, as Sorcerer and Archer make up the top three.
