In this handy explanatory trailer, Final Fantasy XIII-2's story, tweaks to the first game's systems, and all-new features are helpfully explained.

There's a bunch of new screens down below, too.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 arrives in Japan this week, and is due in the West on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 early next year.
