Bethesda working on Fallout 3 patch

Writing on the official Fallout 3 forum, a community manager for the game has confirmed that a bug-fixing update for all three versions is on the way.

"We are currently working on a patch for all three platforms," said the poster.

"When I've got more details, I'll let everyone know."

Plenty of problems have been reported with the RPG, including crashes and graphical glitches.
