Former Konami president Shinji Hirano appointed president of Kojima Productions
The gang is getting back together.
Hideo Kojima is slowly recruiting his pals from Konami and the former president of Konami Europe is the newest face to be added to the roster.
Shinji Hirano's updated LinkedIn profile was spotted by The Koalition last week detailing his new position at the studio.
Hirano's profile lists the role's start date as November 2016 with the accompanying description reading, "Responsible for managing extremely talented creative teams as one single entity and providing the leadership to make company successful as one of the greatest creative studios in the world."
As well as Kojima's personal assistant Ayako Terashima, Metal Gear Solid 5's level designer Jackie Tan joined the ranks of Kojima Productions earlier this year, along with former Konami concept artist Yoji Shinkawa and producer Ken-ichiro Imaizumi.
