The Division: what's the best Marksman Rifle? The High End First Wave M1A
There are many different weapon options in The Division, but if you are a Marksman, you'll want to use this one.
According to our Division expert Arekzz, the High End First Wave M1A is the best weapon a marksman can use in-game at the moment.
It has a nice sized magazine, a fast fire rate, and "hits like a truck." Basically, it pulls some of the best options from other Marksman rifles and puts them all in one package.
The High End First Wave M1A can be acquires from a couple of different sources. It can drop during the Russian Consulate Mission with a 183 Gear Score once the player defeats Hornet.
It can also be purchased as a blueprint from a Dark Zone vendor in one of the Safe Rooms. Players will need to be DZ Rank 75 to purchase the blueprint.
Since the blueprints are rotating, this particular one was last made available during the first week of the April update. Rotations occur every Saturday, and we should have a new blueprint video up for you in a bit. Be sure to keep an eye out.
