The Division: how to get new Incursions gear sets

The Division's Incursion update has introduced a whole new bunch of gear, in the form of gear sets. Items are awarded as random loot drops, bought from vendors, or handed out by completing specific missions on hard and Challenge difficulty modes. You're going to have to work to get all the pieces of a gear set. Below is a list of where to find what, and how to acquire it.

A majority of the new gear comes as random drops from completing the new Falcon Lost Incursion, or other daily Challenge missions. You'll have to be patient for those, and don't be surprised to get the same item multiple times when you're waiting for the final piece to complete the set. That's just the luck of the draw. There are multiple ways to get some items, and only one way to get others.

Some blueprints for items can be bought from vendors, but remember you then have to craft the item, and that requires materials, so make sure you've got a healthy stock before you spend your money. It's also worth noting that the listed vendors won't always have the listed blueprint for sale - stock rotates on a daily and weekly basis, so keep an eye on the stock refresh clocks if you see something you really want to get hold of.

What are gear sets?

Gear sets allow the player to gain special bonuses when two or more items in the same set are equipped. Equip four items for a new talent unique to that gear set. The gear sets are based around four different styles of play; solo, marksman, assault/tank and support. Below we've detailed where to find the gear sets, along with the buffs and talents they gift the player.

Chest armour

  • Complete Incursion Falcon Lost on Hard

Backpack

  • Complete Incursion Falcon Lost on Hard

Kneepads

  • Complete Incursion Falcon Lost on Hard
  • Complete Incursions Falcon Lost on Challenge difficulty
  • Craft after buying the blueprint from the Base of Operations vendor

Gloves

  • Complete Incursion Falcon Lost on Hard
  • Defeat a named enemy in the Dark Zone
  • Defeat Russian Consulate missions on Challenge difficulty

Mask

  • Complete Incursion Falcon Lost on Hard
  • Craft after buying the blueprint from the Base of Operations vendor

Holster

  • Complete Incursion Falcon Lost on Hard

Sentry's Call bonuses:

  • Set bonus (2): +30% Head Shot Damage
  • Set bonus (3): +20% Damage to Elites
  • Set bonus (4): Talent - Stalker: Headshots mark the enemy, increasing the damage inflicted on the target by 15% for duration of 10 seconds each. A target can receive up to three marks.

Tactician's Authority bonuses:

  • Set bonus (2): +4000 Skill Power
  • Set bonus (3): +20% Skill Haste
  • Set bonus (4): Talent - Tactician's Authority: Every 60k damage your group deals adds 1% skill power to you for a max of 100% bonus. Bonus is reduced by 1% every second the group isn't dealing damage.

Striker's Battlegear bonuses:

  • Set bonus (2): +20% Enemy Armor Damage
  • Set bonus (3): +50% Critical Hit Damage
  • Set bonus (4): Talent - Shooter: Every consecutive hit deals 1% more enemy damage. Stacks up to 100%. Missing shots drops bonus by 2%. Bonus is reduced by 1% every second.

  • Defeat a named enemy in the Dark Zone or find in a Supply Drop

  • Craft after buying the blueprints from Dark Zone 06 Safehouse

Path of the Nomad bonuses:

  • Set bonus (2): +100% Scavenging
  • Set bonus (3): +20% Health on kill
  • Set bonus (4): Talent - Nomad: When receiving fatal damage, you are instead healed to full health. Can occur once every 10 minutes.
