The Division: how to get high-end SMG Valkyria
The Division's new SMG, Valkyria, is worth seeking out if you have the currency for it.
You'll find the blueprint for it for sale from the Dark Zone 03 vendor for a whopping 261,000 DZ credits.
On top of that you'll need to be DZ rank 90 to buy and use it. Yeah, if you haven't been paying attention, gear rank requirements in the Dark Zone have gone up as well as down.
But if you're after a new SMG, Valkyria is good punt. It comes with a Gear Score of 204 and like most weapons of its class it's best as a close range killer.
It's base stats give it a 60 round magazine and a 21 percent critical hit chance. But more important are its talents, which can all work in conjunction with each other.
The Determined perk reduces your skill cool down by 9 percent. On top of that the Competent perk boosts weapon damage by 13.5 percent for a full 10 seconds after using a skill. And then the Responsive perk also increases damage by 13.5 percent if your 10 meters or closer to a target.
In short then, you want Valkyria in your arsenal. You're just going to have scrape together enough funds to pay for it.
