Paragon update 22.1 includes balancing, new soul-eating Hero Sevarog
An update is now available for Epic Games' Paragon, and it includes Sevarog the new playable Hero.
Described as a "soul-devouring Tank Jungler," Sevarog wields a massive hammer and as his description indicates: he eats enemy souls.
These souls allow the character to stack health and damage, growing in size as the battle wages on.
Along with the new Hero, balancing has been applied to Grux and Feng Mao. Each character's damage scaling as been decreased in the late, but their early in-game damage has been increased to make them "more relevant throughout the match."
Other balances have been made to the game, a bug with shadow pads has been fixed and Scourging Tails and Tainted Magick have been disabled due to instability issues.
Movement speed and travel mode tweaks, along with balance passes on other roles will be looked at for the next few updates.
Paragon is available for PC and PlayStation 4, with paid Early Access right now. An open beta is scheduled for summer 2016.
