Jet Set Radio, Golden Axe and more free on Steam
Free Steam games. What more could you ask for? Besides a Lamborghini, a gold-plated desk and a pony, obviously.
Sega has made a bunch of games free for a limited time as part of its annual anti-Valentine's Day promotion, Make War Not Love.
Log into Steam and you should be able to click "install" to add the following games and DLC to your account: Jet Set Radio, Sega Classics, Golden Axe, Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit, Hell Yeah! Pimp My Rabbit Pack and Hell Yeah! Virtual Rabbit Missions. Apparently you only need to do this on one title to get them all, but the links are all there just to make sure.
These freebies come thanks to the efforts of Make War Not Love participants, currently battling it out to determine which of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 2, Total War: Attila or Company of Heroes 2 is the most popular. By putting time into one of these games, players unlock new rewards every 48 hours. At the end of the promotion, the winning title will offer a free DLC pack.
Dawn of War 2 won the first round and is still ahead of the pack for phase two. The next set of goodies includes Binary Domain, Streets of Rage 2 and Condemned: Criminal Origins, so keep an eye out on the Make War Not Love hub.
