References to Young Conker and Fragments were found on the Windows Store.
Young Conker and Fragments are two unannounced games that found their way into the Microsoft Windows Store database. The games accompany another called HoloStudio and they were dug up by NeoGAF.
Each of them has different rating, which could indicate they're actual games in development and not just store entries. HoloStudio, listed under the Apps section, is probably to do with Microsoft's AR headset HoloLens.
Young Conker and Fragments carry the Teen and Mature ratings respectively, and they're both listed as games. You can't access either at present, and there's no mention of any of them on the ESRB website.
