That League of Legends champion Riot was teasing is Jhin

Last week, Riot Games released a new trailer for League of Legends teasing a new hero. Today the developer has revealed him.

His name is Jhin and apparently he's "the slowest marksman yet," but it's only because he is "meticulous and calculating."

Apparently, once you are in his sights and you're caught off guard, you're doomed. Slow and steady gets to cause death, it seems.

The gun you noticed in the trailer last week has been dubbed Whisper by Jhin, and its chambers hold four shots. The last shot always performs a crit and applies extra damage based on a portion the target's missing health stats.

Jhin works well with the heroes Darius, Nautilus and Morgana but could have a hard time when up against Yasuo, Jarvan IV or Lucian. Be sure to keep that in mind.
