Fallout 4 mod over-animates faces, turns facial expressions into full-on cartoon
The facial expressions in Fallout 4 could use a few more frames of animations. Or maybe they could be more pronounced.
Fallout 4 modder FancyPants created a mod called "Immersive Facial Animations" that doesn't quite do what the name promises, not unless you consider overly-animated facial expressions immersive.
The modder says it shouldn't be taken seriously. Though watching it in action, it's hard to believe anyone would. It does, however, make for some unintended comedy when characters utter normal lines that are suddenly made very funny, thanks to the cartoon-style animations.
