Your Best Buy Fallout 4 pre-order bonus is... a pair of socks

Fallout 4 is one of the few games left that don't offer retailer-specific pre-order bonuses. Which is why retailers have to come up with their own.

There are only two versions available for Fallout 4; the standard and the collector's edition. You can't buy the collector's edition any more, so that leaves just one SKU of the game available everywhere.

Of course, each retailer wants to make sure it gets a healthy number of pre-orders for such a highly-anticipated game. But because there are no pre-order skins or DLC like with other games, they need to get creative.

That's exactly what Best Buy's done. The US retailer is offering a Fallout Gold Bundle - which comes with the base game and a season pass - for $85, saving you $5 if you were to buy each separately. But, Best Buy will throw in something extra; a pair of Vault Boy-branded socks.

No, really, take a look.
