Assassin's Creed: Syndicate is over 40GB install on Xbox One

You'll need just over 40GB of space on your Xbox One to install Assassin's Creed: Syndicate.
That's according to the official Xbox store, which lists the game for pre-order along with its file size.
If 40GB sounds familiar, it's the size of Assassin's Creed: Unity. And also the patch that went terribly wrong for Unity last year.
This year's Assassin's Creed takes the action to London in 1868. It fudges historical times to include Jack the Ripper DLC and throws in some horse and carriages for racing around the cobbled streets.
Assassin's Creed: Syndicate is out October 23 but we'd recommend checking reviews and for any technical issues before buying.
