An upcoming Witcher 3 patch will add more romance dialogue
If you were disappointed by how Geralt's love life played out in The Witcher 3, an upcoming patch may address your issues.
(Note: some very mild spoilers for The Witcher 3 follow, so turn back if you don't want to read about the game's two main romantic interests).
Kotaku's Kirk Hamilton has followed up on CD Projekt Red's promise to tweak some of the romantic dialogue in the games. Fans have reported some dissatisfaction with how things play out if they choose Triss over Yennefer, with the former providing far fewer options for conversation than the latter once the pair are together.
According to the response CD Project Red sent Hamilton, the writers are "adding some extra conversational options" for both relationships, which will hopefully make the game's romances more satisfying.
This seems like a good incentive to consider trying out New Game Plus once the next patch hits.
