Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain contains 27 Blueprints for new weapons and security devices. Finding these collectibles allows you to build tech and weaponry to make your journey through the game easier. You'll find some around the world and others as rewards for completing specific mission and objectives. Here's where to find all of the gear:
GEIST P3 Blueprint
Complete Break Through the Blockade Force Dispatch Mission to for this blueprint for the GEIST P3 handgun.
WU S333 Blueprint
Complete the Restore the DMZ Dispatch Mission and you unlock the WU S333 handgun.
URAGAN-5 Blueprint
Finishing Mission 16 will reward you with this blueprint in the Bampeve Plantation.
ZORN-KP Blueprint
Complete the Defend the Pipeline Dispatch Mission to unlock the ZORN KP handgun.
RIOT SMG Blueprint
Finishing Side Op 05: Wialo Village unlocks the RIOT SMG sub machine gun.
ZE’EV Blueprint
Complete the Search and Destroy Remaining Forces Dispatch Mission and you'll get your hands on the ZE’EV submachine gun.
MACHT 37 Blueprint
There are two ways to unlock the MACHT 37 sub machine gun. You can find it after completing Mission 23 in the Kungenga Mine. Or it's dropped by a gunship in Mission 21.
UN-ARC Blueprint
Again, there's two chances to get this assault rifle. In Mission 05 you can find it in the Wakh Sind Barracks, or it's in the the Yakho Oboo Supply Outpost after you finish Mission 06.
G44 Blueprint
Find this G44 assault rifle in the Ditadi Abandoned Village.
KABARGA-83 Blueprint
You'll find the KABARGA-83 shotgun in the Mfinda Oilfield.
BULLHORN SG Blueprint
Complete Dispatch Mission Prevent the Coup d’etat to unlock this shotgun.
ISANDO RGL-220 Blueprint
There are four chances to get this grenade launcher; in the South Guard Post of Ditadi Abandoned Village, the Northwest Guard Post at Munoko ya Nioka Station, the West Guard Post in Kungenga Mine or the South Guard Post at Nova Braga Airport.
HAIL MGR-4 Blueprint
Complete the Destroy the Uranium Centrifuges Dispatch Mission to get the HAIL MGR-4 grenade launcher.
BAMBETOV SV Blueprint
You can find this sniper rifle inside Lamar Khaate Palace after finishing Mission 06, or inside the Afghanistan Central Base Camp in Mission 12.
AM MRS-71 Rifle Blueprint
Complete the Destroy the New Fighter Aircraft Dispatch Mission to the AM MRS-71 sniper rifle.
BRENNAN LRS-46 Blueprint
Complete Mission 23 and you'll find the blueprint in Lufwa Valley for the BRENNAN LRS-46 sniper rifle.
UN-AAM Blueprint
You have four chances to pick this up; the Northwest Guard Post of the Kiziba Camp, the South Guard Post of the Kiziba Camp, the Southwest Guard Post at Bampeve Plantation, or the Nova Braga Airport during Mission 21. You unlock the UN-AAM machine gun.
LPG-61 Blueprint
Complete the Recapture the Port Facilities Dispatch Mission to gain the LPG-61 machine gun.
FB MR R-LAUNCHER Blueprint
Complete the Liberate the Tanker Dispatch Mission and you'll unlock the FB MR ROCKET LAUNCHER.
PB SHIELD Blueprint
You can find this during Mission 07 in either Wialo Village or Ghwandai Town. Or, after beating Mission 06, look in the East Guard Post of the Aabe Shifap Ruins or in the Smasei Fort.
STUN GRENADE Blueprint
This is in the Kiziba Camp.
STUN ARM Blueprint
Beat Side Op 06 – Serak Power Plant to unlock the prosthetic Stun Arm, the H-Discharger and Sneaking Stun.
FLAMETHROWER Blueprint
You either locate this blueprint after beating Mission 31 in Munoko ya Nioka Station, or a gunship drops it during Mission 41. You unlock the Flamethrower D-Walker armament.
IR-SENSOR Blueprint
Complete Side Op - 07 Qarya Sakhra Ee to unlock the IR-Sensor security device.
ANTITHEFT DEVICE Blueprint
Beat Side Op 08 – Masa Village, East Guard Post to unlock the ANTITHEFT DEVICE.
GUN-CAM DEFENDER Blueprint
Completing Side Op 09 – Nova Braga Airport will give you access to the Intercept Head D-Walker armament and the GUN-CAM Defender security device.
UA-DRONE Blueprint
Complete Side Op 10 – Afghanistan Central Base Camp to get the UA-Drone.
