Fable Legends will be a Windows 10 Store exclusive on PC

Lionhead Studios has confirmed what we pretty much already assumed: Fable Legends will be exclusive to the Windows 10 store on PC.
The news was announced via a Twitter exchanged between a fan and Lionhead's community manager, noticed by NeoGAF user dancrane212.
Fable Legends is a free-to-play, four-player co-op title which supports cross-play between Windows 10 and Xbox One, which is why we assumed the RPG would not be released on Steam. It was never implied by Microsoft it would release on Steam in the first place, but this provides confirmation.
Fable Legends is slated for release sometime this year.
