Pokemon Shuffle coming to mobile

Well, it's finally happened, and it's probably as bad as you expected.
Before we get started let's clear up two things. One: this isn't a "proper" Pokémon game on mobile. Two: this isn't part of or indicative of Nintendo's plans to go mobile with DeNA.
You have to remember that The Pokémon Company is a separate entity to Game Freak and Nintendo, and if it decides that a free-to-play, micro-transaction-riddled Pokemon spin-off ought to be released on mobile, then that happens.
According to a new trailer, Pokémon Shuffle is coming to Android and iOS this year. It originally launched on 3DS where, to be fair, it did attract a number of fans.
