This War of Mine update 1.3 adds scenario editor
This War of Mine has been updated with a number of features allowing you to tell your own stories.
This War of Mine is already a fairly individual experience, in that you must make hundreds of small decisions throughout the game which lead to unique situations.
Update 1.3, now live on Steam, gives you more manual control of the narrative, though. A scenario editor allows you to select your survivors, change environmental conditions, and determine the length of the conflict.
The character editor permits the creation of new survivors, even allowing you to add your own photos.
Outside of this bold new world of player-authored experiences, the update also adds two new locations - Old Town and Looted Gas Station - and two new music tracks for night missions.
Restart your Steam client to grab the update if it hasn't auto-downloaded. Here's a trailer:
