Star Ocean 5 is a real thing that is happening, saving Square Enix from facing the full fury of my incandescent wrath.
Star Ocean 5 was confirmed by a Famitsu leak overnight, just hours after Square Enix mercilessly trolled us about it.
A dedicated website has now opened to promote the RPG, which is coming to PlayStation 3 and PS4.
From this we've gleaned the trailer below. Gematsu says it recaps past Star Ocean games in chronological order.

No western release has been touted for Star Ocean 5 - yet.
