Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 teaser contains hidden coordinates to real-world locations
The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 teaser may not have shown game footage, but if some fans are speculating correctly, we may know a few of the locations that'll be featured in-game.
Treyarch has hidden coordinates to - possibly - real world locations in the brief teaser for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.
Over on the Se7enSins forums user Th3-Chronikk has spotted two sets of coordinates that point to two locations.
The first set, found in the screengrab below, points towards the 6th of October Bridge in Cairo, Egypt. The bridge's name commemorates the 1973 Yom Kippur War. This could be weaved into the story of the game somehow, considering the series has been real big on secrets, numbers that are about more than they initially reveal, and things of that nature. It could also just be an in-game location.
The second set point to an address in Zürich, Switzerlan. Schanzengasse 14, 8001 to be exact. The image is a lot harder to parse than one above, but the coordinates are there.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be shown off for the first time on April 26.
