No, it's not just you. PSN will be down for maintenance again today.
The service will be down from 16:00 to 18:30 GMT today. That's 9:00 am to 11:30 am on the US PDT and 12:00 to 14:30 pm EDT.
Sony has warned there may be additional downtown for testing after that, so remain calm.
As always, if you're signed in beforehand you should be able to access some network/online features on the PS4, PS3 and Vita.
