A new Dragon Age: Inquisition mod removes Blackwall's romantic restrictions, allowing male Inquisitors to chat up the fuzzy-faced warrior. Blackwall doesn't have any race preferences, so you're good to go there.
Dragon Age: Inquisition romance mods are pretty common by now, and to be honest I really wanted to post about this one so I could share the terrific joke quoted above, as well as the name of the mod: Bi-lackwall.
Genius. It's a shame for male-identified Inquisitors Blackwall says "m'lady" a lot, but to be honest that's kind of a shame anyway; the Internet has ruined that one for us.
