Darksiders 2: Definitive Edition is happening, confirms publisher

Current holder of the Darksiders IP, Nordic Games, has confirmed that Darksiders 2 will indeed be getting a new-gen version.
A few days ago, a listing for Darksiders 2: Definitive Edition was spotted on Amazon.
The publisher has yet to officially announce it, but it has told Gamespot that "the authenticity of the listing is unquestionable."
Despite that, Nordic said that it's not yet ready to talk about it just yet.
We're assuming the Definitive Edition will be similar to that of other games, in that it will render at a higher resolution and offer higher frame-rate.
