FIFA 15 player transfer issue ongoing, EA Sports aware of problem

FIFA 15 has had a rough weekend, particularly with regards to player transfers.

FIFA 15 players have experienced problems with player transfers today.

Transfers get stuck and just seem to hang at the "completing" stage. Some users receive an error message acknowledging the delay, citing a "very busy" transfer market, and others find that their transfers are listed as expired without completing, despite appearing to still be in progress.

There are multiple Reddit threads devoted to the problem dating back about six hours at time of writing, but one player claims to have been waiting 12 hours for a transfer.

On Twitter, the official EA Sports FIFA account has told users that EA Canada is aware of and working on the problem, but no explanation has been offered or ETA provided.

This unverified EA Support chat log suggests users should hang tight for another 12 hours before panicking.

In addition to this acknowledged issue, there are also reports of general FIFA 15 server problems this weekend. It's not a happy time to be EA Canada.
