Wasteland 2 delayed thanks to physical media

Wasteland 2's been pushed back so inXile can gets its discs together.

Wasteland 2, the RPG sequel inXile kickstarted to the tune of $3 million, has slipped.

Don't fret, though: the game will release in "the first or second week in September," according to this update, because of inXile's obligations to create discs and other physical media related to the Kickstarter.

It was supposed to come out in August.

"We will give an exact date as soon as we know it," the firm added.

Wasteland 2 is the sequel to the 1988 original. InXile Kickstarted the game in March 2012, achieving a target of $900,000 in 43 hours.
