Here's a five-minute walkthrough of the Destiny mobile app

Destiny is set to receive a companion mobile app, we've only seen screens of it, but today we get a look at the thing in action and see exactly what it does.
The app will launch alongside the game in September, and will let you view your character in real-time. You can make changes in the app to have them reflect in the game. On top of that, the usual stat-tracking will also be present. You will be able to also check your inventory, along with a wealth of information about Destiny's lore and characters.

The app, which will be out on Android, iOS and online for free, will also be available during the beta period, which starts on PlayStation platforms on Thursday.
