EA's FIFA simulation last month correctly predicted the winner of the 2014 World Cup.
Okay, the score was off, as was the estimate that Germany would be playing host nation Brazil in the final - that humiliation happened a lot sooner.
But! Germany won the World Cup last night, as predicted by EA on June 5th.
Video games can predict the future. Let's hope all those post-apocalyptic scenarios we play through in other games don't actually come to pass.
