Get these Watch Dogs PC drivers for even better performance

Watch Dogs hits PC today, and both Nvidia and AMD have released new drivers to mark the occasion.
It follows my Watch Dogs PS4 review and our score round-up.
The new GeForce 337.88 Game Ready WHQL drivers, "ensures you'll have the best possible gaming experience for Watch Dogs," says the company. The full patch notes list many changes and updates to game support, including 4K displays, 3D functionality, multi-screen and more.
Meanwhile, in AMDs camp, the Catalyst 14.4 update adds support for the AMD Radeon R9 295X, Mantle beta driver improvements and a long list of game-specific changes.
