Metro: Last Light - Complete Edition has been age-rated by the PEGI for PC and PS3. It appears to be a re-pack of 4A's base game with all the DLC packs included, and isn't to be confused with the recently-outed Metro: Redux for PS4 and Xbox One.
UPDATE: Amazon France has just listed Metro: Last Light - Complete Edition online, stating that it comes with 4A's Ranger Mode DLC and subsequent content drops: Faction Pack, Tower Pack, Developer Pack and Pack Chronicles. It's priced at 19.99 Euros.

ORIGINAL STORY: The PEGI ratings were filed by European publisher Koch Media, and although they bear an April 1 release date, this is likely place-holder.
