Mario vs. Donkey Kong Wii U shown at GDC, but only a tech demo says Nintendo
Mario Vs Donkey Kong Wii U made an appearance at GDC this week, but according to Nintendo it's only a tech demo for the time being.
Siliconera was informed that he game was only a demo, designed to show off Nintendo's new Web Framework, a development platform the site says is based on WebKit tech that enables Wii U development in HTML5, Javascript and CSS.
The framework supports the Wii U GamePad, WiiMote and other extensions. It is believed that the tech will enable the quick porting of apps to Nintendo's console.
