Help Dracula save the world from Satan, and protect himself from his own family.

Before we get started, please note that Dracula can use the Shadow Whip to destroy many objects in the world. Destroying these objects earn experience points used to upgrade his weaponry, and may also reveal various items. Always destroy any random objects you come across such as vehicles and containers. Almost anything that stands out from the background can be destroyed.

Unblockable attacks should always be avoided by dodging. They are telegraphed by two glowing red circles around the attacker or weapon. When you see this visual effect, prepare to dodge the coming attack. This goes for normal fights and boss battles.

As you progress through the game, you will come across gates that seem to have items in the rooms beyond. To access these gates, you need the Mist Power ability which is obtained during the Blood Curse mission. There are also areas that may seem just out of reach. These areas can be accessed once you obtain the Demonic Wings during the Hooded Man mission, late in the game.

We're sure you're eager to get started, but one last word of advice, you will come across alcoves that ask for a Dungeon Key. These are dropped here and there about halfway through the game, but it's not until you gain access to the Chupacabras' Shop during the Three Gorgons mission that you can purchase these at will. Keep track of when you come across these areas so you can go back once you have the necessary abilities.
