Halo 5 developer 343 Industries has snapped up former Crystal Dynamics staffer Tim Longo.
The Tomb Raider creative director indicated the job change on his LinkedIn profile.
Longo's new role as 343's creative director means former incumbent Josh Holmes has been bumped up to executive producer.
343 Industries is currently working on an untitled new Halo game revealed for Xbox One at E3 2013.
