Outlast: Whistleblower DLC is prequel, first details and art inside

Outlast: Whistleblower is the horror game's first piece of DLC content. It's set before the events of the Mount Massive asylum caper and will most likely be s**t-scary.
In a press release sent to VG247, Red Barrels confirmed that Whistleblower stars the tipster who sends mains protagonist Miles Upshur to the asylum in the first place. It's set just minutes before the facility goes insane and gives new insight into what exactly went on during those disturbing scientific experiments.
If I say any more I'll spoil the plot for you. I don't want to do that. Meanwhile, you can now get 33% off the initial game over on Steam.
